International Shipping

We ship to destinations where purchase and import of research compounds is lawfully permitted. New Zealand shipping is $15 AUD standard or $28 AUD express. Packaging

All orders shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No branding or contents descriptions on the exterior. Cold-chain compounds packaged with appropriate thermal insulation.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Contact support@aupeptidelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Unopened Products

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if sealed and in original condition. Submit a return request to support@aupeptidelab.com before shipping. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

Opened Products

We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products. This is non-negotiable for quality assurance and regulatory reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order is damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match its batch specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will issue a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
