Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Australian public holidays) following payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
New Zealand standard shipping is $15 AUD and express shipping is $28 AUD. Other supported destinations are $20 AUD standard or $40 AUD express. Available countries, current prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination.

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are subject to the terms below.
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if sealed and in original condition. Submit a return request to support@aupeptidelab.com before shipping. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products. This is non-negotiable for quality assurance and regulatory reasons.
If your order is damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match its batch specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will issue a replacement or full refund.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
